New Companies House Forms

The next phase of the companies act comes in to force from tomorrow (1 October 2009), part of which means that Companies house are replacing the forms that are to be used when making changes.

Some of the forms that are new are: -

AP01 - Appointment of a Director or Secretary (replacing form 288a)
TM01 - Terminating appointment of a Director or Secretary (replacing form 288b)
AD01 - Application to change the company's registered office (replacing form 287)
CH01 - Changing particulars of a director or secretary (replacing form 288c)
AR01 - The annual return (replacing form 363)
AA01 - Change of accounting reference date (replacing form 225)

This is only a selection of the new forms.
